May 20th-22th in Budapest

We are glad that you will participate in the conference "Let's plan and act together".

- The venue of the conference and meanwhile the workshops will be the culutural centre AJAMK (József Attila Művelödési Központ, József Attila tér 4, XIII. district of Budapest).

- Your accomodation for the time of the seminar will be flats with two-bed rooms in the 13th district, Párkany street.

-You have to arrive in Budapest until the 20th of May at 12 a.m.

*The participants coming by train should please send us the exact time and the name of the railwaystation at that you arrive. These information are important for us because we will send a collegue to pick you up at the trainstation and bring you to the accomodation.

*The meeting point for the participants travelling by car is the cultural centre AJAMK (József Attila Művelödési Központ, József Attila tér 4, XIII. district of Budapest). Please tell us well what is the expected time of your arrival.

For the time of the conference, we will provide you breakfast, lunch and dinner which we are going to take in the cultural centre.
*The first meal will be on the 20th of May at 1 p.m. The last meal will be served at the 22nd of May at 12.30 p.m. If you come to Budapest earlier or leave later, you have to look after yourself.
*However if you arrive at the 19th of May, you can already use the accomodation.
*Please tell us if you have an allergy against any food or drinks and as well as if you are vegetarian.

*As we already told you, you should collect and bring some materials about your organisation and activities, the city you are living in and also some special food or drinks of your homecountry.
