Dear Partner,

I inform you with great measure that our applicaton in the theme "Thematic networking of the twinned Towns" is approved by the European Comission.

We arrange this conference and workshop on the 20-21-22 May 2009 in Budapest.
As a reminder from the letter of last year:

In the Programme take part in Budapest 5 persons from each twinning town: Sovata, Kosice, Viena, Osiek, Budapest
Circle of participants: representatives of the local government, cultural instituts- and associations

Our common main aim:this multilateral cooperation will enable the strategic dimension of town twinning to be developed, structured and strengthened.

The participants get know the activity, practical issues and problems of each other, seek the co- operation possibilities and plan it for longer time, seek and find European application fund for the common future projects.
Working methode: conference and workshops
We cover the costs of the project from application fund!

Yo can start to choose the participants of the gathering! There is an important aspect the participants have to be own ideas and interest in the long run for a cooperation.
